CrossFit Sissy Test

Tell these guys they are sissies!

“The Sissy Test” Sometimes called “21” or “BlackJack” since all your reps add up to 21…looks easy doesn’t it?

Give it a shot and let me know how it works out for you. Did this yesterday and took me about 35 minutes. I personally feel that when a workout takes this long then the intensity has to suffer, but it is a good metcon and a tough mental conditioning wod. Not to mention a brain buster adding all those numbers together in an oxygen depleted state to 21.  Have fun!

Prescribed Weight 1.5 pood (55lbs) for guys 1 pood (35 lbs)  for the ladies
